Joint ride with SPORTCOACH Rubi in Nauders

Getting into the GIRODAYS spirit – relaxed bike ride (approx. 3 hours)
with SPORTCOACH Daniel Rubisoier
Route: Nauders – Prad am Stilfserjoch – Nauders (approx. 70–80 km loop)

During the ride, you’ll have the chance to talk with SPORTCOACH Rubi, ask general training questions, or get a few personal tips for your Dreiländergiro. Most importantly, it’s about having a great time and enjoying the friendly group atmosphere.

Meeting Point:
Right at the bus stop "Nauders Mühle" – located in the official start/finish area of the Dreiländergiro. The spot will also be marked with a “Meeting Point Girodays” sign.
Rubi will give a short intro there before the ride begins.

Route:
Nauders – Prad am Stilfserjoch – Nauders

Pace:
The pace will be adapted to the group. Since the ride is planned to be relaxed, it typically results in a very cohesive group.

Duration:
Approx. 3 hours

Cost:
The ride is free of charge – for both you and any companions.
