REFUND

Here you have the possibility to apply for a refund of your entry fee. You can choose whether you want to get the whole entry fee back or leave a part of it to us as a donation. Of course the donation option is absolutely voluntary. We hope you can understand that we decided to withhold € 10,- for fees already incurred and the handling costs in case of a full refund.
Every donation is rewarded and we look forward to spotting some "Dreiländergiro superheroes" and "Dreiländergiro supporters" by their donation jersey or arm sleeves in the future.

Choose one of the options below and click on the corresponding link. In the next step you will be forwarded to our ticketing partner ntry. To verify that you are a Dreiländergiro participant, you have to enter your ticket code there. You will find your ticket code above the barcode on the left side of your ticket, which you received after your registration for the Dreiländergiro 2021. Afterwards you will be taken directly to the application form. Your personal data is already taken from your application 2021, but you can still check and change it if necessary. In the form you give us your bank details, to which we will transfer your refund later. After submitting the form you will receive a confirmation email.
